I’ve been following the case of Matthew Thomas Stuart and George Robert Nitsche, and what’s really sticking with me is the eerie mention of that previous break-in where the intruder just stood over someone’s bed. That's utterly chilling. I can’t even begin to imagine how unsettling that must have been for the family to experience prior to this tragedy. It makes me think about the mental toll these kinds of incidents must have on victims' families, aside from the obvious loss. I'm wondering if they'll ever find a connection between these events. Knowing someone was in your home and watching over you is such a horrifying thought. I hope the police make some headway soon so the family can find some peace and feel safe in their own homes again. Keeping them in my thoughts as they navigate this awful situation.
