I recently came across the case of Kristina Carreon, and one aspect that's really been on my mind is the terrifying experience her daughter must have gone through. Just imagine being in the middle of such a horrific scene, narrowly escaping injury, and then having to perform chest compressions on your own mom while waiting for help to arrive. It's unimaginable the kind of trauma she must be dealing with. It's been incredibly frustrating to see that there haven't been any breakthroughs in the investigation so far. It seems like such a senseless act, and the uncertainty surrounding whether Kristina was even the intended target must weigh heavily on her family. Given the circumstances, it makes sense that they're looking into whether the apartment complex had adequate security. If this tragedy could have been avoided by better safety measures, then holding the property owners accountable might not just bring some justice to Kristina's family, but also prevent something like this from happening to anyone else. I'm really hoping that there will be some progress soon, and that Kristina's family can get the answers they desperately need. If anyone has insights or thoughts on what more could be done to help solve this case, I'd love to hear them.
