I’ve been following the McGregor case since it happened, and the community response has really touched me. It’s unbelievable what Natallie's family has gone through, losing so many loved ones in an instant. One thing that stands out is how close she was with her brother Miguel. I can’t stop thinking about how they must've leaned on each other for support.
Reading about them attending school events together made me realize how tight-knit they were. My heart goes out to everyone in McGregor who knew them. The vigils and the efforts to support their family through the GoFundMe show how this has brought the community together even in the midst of such a dark time. It’s comforting to see people rallying around her siblings who now need all the love they can get. How is the community coping now, and are there any ongoing events we can support from afar?
I can’t stop thinking about Natallie's brother, Miguel, in all this. They were so close, practically inseparable from what I’ve read. It’s deeply upsetting to think about how much he meant to her and how they both loved attending school events together. The idea that someone she should've been able to trust could bring such devastation is just unfathomable. My heart goes out to both their friends and the rest of their family. I can’t imagine the pain their grandparents must be feeling, losing two grandchildren they undoubtedly cherished. It’s moments like these that really remind us how precious our time with loved ones truly is. Sending strength and prayers to everyone affected.
