Hey everyone, I've been reading through the discussions here about the tragic death of Marques DeAngelo Black, and something that's been on my mind is the safety aspect of his neighborhood. I don't personally know his area well, but from what I've gathered, there seems to have been a significant rise in violent incidents around Memphis at the time. For those who are familiar with the city, did the local community rally together to push for more security measures or community policing after what happened to Marques? It's so important for neighborhoods to come together and work towards preventing these kinds of tragedies. My thoughts are with Marques' family and friends. It's unimaginable what they must be experiencing, and I truly hope they find justice and answers someday.
