I’ve been thinking a lot about the large number of people involved in David Edward Steele's murder. It’s hard to imagine what could lead seven individuals to be part of such a heinous act. One question that keeps coming up in my mind is the dynamics within this group. Did they all know each other beforehand, or did they come together specifically to carry out this crime? It's really chilling to consider what might have transpired among them that led to such a tragic outcome. David was clearly loved by his community and family, and it's upsetting to think about his young children losing their father in such a way. Justice for David feels especially complex given the number of suspects, but I hope his family can find some comfort in knowing there’s an ongoing effort to hold those responsible accountable. I can’t stop thinking about how such a situation must impact the victim’s family, and I can only hope they find the strength to navigate through this difficult time.
