Hey everyone, I've been thinking about Gregrey Brown's disappearance and the search efforts around Rachel Lake Trailhead. I know it's been a while since 2005, but has anyone considered whether any new technology or methods might help? Considering the advancements in drone technology and updated satellite imagery, it might offer a fresh perspective or unearth something previous SAR teams might've missed. Has anyone heard of similar cases where these technologies have been applied successfully after so much time has passed? It just seems like there's got to be a way to renew efforts with today's resources. Thoughts?
Hey everyone, I'm curious about the Rachel Lake Trailhead where Gregrey Brown was last seen. I’ve read about the terrain and it sounds extremely difficult to navigate. Has anyone here been on that trail recently or know if there have been any improvements in terms of safety or trail markers over the years? It seems like such a challenging area, I’m wondering if there’s been any community or government efforts to make it easier to traverse safely since his disappearance. With it being such a difficult place, maybe there are other incidents or close calls from other hikers that might shed more light on what happened to Gregrey. Any insights would be appreciated!
