Hey everyone, I've been following the Shaun Hamblen case, and I can't stop thinking about the impact this must have had on his fiancée, Kasey Corum. It's hard to imagine the pain she went through, waiting for Shaun at dinner that night, not knowing the horrible events that were unfolding. Relationships are built on trust and love, and the sudden, violent removal of someone you plan to spend your life with must be a type of despair beyond words. Seeing the community come together with such support for Shaun's family and for Kasey is moving. It’s a reminder that even in the darkest times, people show up for one another. I truly hope the community continues to support Kasey and the rest of Shaun's family as they cope with their loss. Sending strength and all the positive energy their way. ?

Has anyone else been following the connection between Shaun and Alfonso Amos? I find it so unsettling that Shaun knew Amos, which might be why he didn't think twice about getting into that car. It really makes you think about how trust and familiarity can sometimes lead to the most unexpected and tragic outcomes. This whole situation is just so sad for Shaun's family and friends. They showed so much strength in dealing with this loss, and it’s been heartening to see the support they've gotten from the community. We can only hope that justice being served brings them some peace, although it will never replace their loss. I’m really curious to hear other people’s thoughts on what went wrong here. Why would someone you know do something so horrific?
