Has anyone else been thinking about the young man who survived the shooting on Dandelion Court? I can't help but feel for him—being caught in such a terrifying situation and losing someone like Janie Beth Brown must be incredibly traumatic. He's just 19, and it sounds like he wasn't even related to the family. I'm really curious about his connection to Janie and what he must be going through now. I hope he's getting the support he needs to heal physically and emotionally. It also makes me wonder how we, as communities, can step up for people in the aftermath of such tragedies. Anyone have thoughts on how to create that kind of support or know similar situations where communities really came together?
