I'm still processing the tragedy that took place with Heather and Terry White. My heart goes out to Heather's family and friends as they continue to grapple with this loss. I've been thinking a lot about the mental health aspect of incidents like these. It makes me wonder if there were any warning signs or struggles that might have gone unnoticed.
Many times, people suffer in silence, and the support they need isn't readily available or apparent. It's a harsh reminder of how important it is for us to have open dialogues about mental health and to keep pushing for better resources and support systems.
