I've been thinking a lot about how Justin's case highlights the importance of community engagement in preventing juvenile violence. It’s scary to think that something like this could happen in a seemingly quiet neighborhood where people didn’t even hear any gunshots. It shows that we can never be too vigilant or involved in our communities. Perhaps, if there were more programs for young people, focusing on conflict resolution and providing safe spaces, we might be able to prevent such tragedies in the future. My heart goes out to Justin’s family, friends, and everyone affected in Millington. It's really important for all of us to come together and figure out how we can make sure this doesn’t happen to another family. If anyone has ideas about how we can facilitate dialogues or initiatives within our local areas, it would be great to share them here.
