Did anyone else come across the reports about Wallace Friday’s neighbors hearing noises the night he was killed? I’ve always wondered if there's more to those accounts. I can’t imagine being a neighbor and living with the thought that you might have heard something crucial. Upper Darby wasn’t exactly a quiet spot back then, so odd noises might not have initially raised red flags. If only someone had pieced things together sooner. Every bit of info could be key, so it’s important to keep discussing and sharing any tidbits we might have overlooked. My heart really goes out to his family, still looking for answers all these years later. Would love to hear if anyone has dug up more details about this angle.

Has anyone else noticed the lack of information about the people who lived in the vicinity of Mr. Friday at the time of the murder? I know the case is decades old, but there might be individuals who remember something crucial. Memories can sometimes become clearer with time, and I hope that people who lived in Upper Darby back then and are still around will come forward with anything they recall. Maybe someone noticed an unfamiliar person in the neighborhood or heard something unusual around that time. Even the smallest detail could potentially help lead the investigators to what happened that night. My thoughts are with the Friday family, who deserves closure after all these years. If anyone has any insight or ideas on how the community can aid the investigators, it would be great to discuss.

Hey everyone, I was going through some old case files and came across the murder of Wallace Friday from 1973. It's been almost 50 years and this case just seems to slip through the cracks every time. I feel for his family who still doesn’t have answers after all these years. One thing that really stands out to me is how difficult it must have been to get reliable witness accounts back then. I mean, this happened in the early hours of the morning in a residential area. Not many people would be out and about to see or hear anything useful. It makes me wonder if any small detail was overlooked or if someone saw something but didn’t realize its importance at the time. If anyone here is from Upper Darby or familiar with the area, do you think there's a chance that someone might have seen or heard something that just wasn’t reported? Or maybe the community knew more than what was told to the police? Any insight could be helpful, even this many years later. I'm always hopeful that with the right push, we might finally get some answers for Wallace Friday's family.
