Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to piece together some of the loose threads around the tragedy involving Pauline P. Brown and Reed P. Brown Sr. back in 1984. One thing that strikes me is the absolute lack of information on any local family members or community connections that could shed more light on their relationship or daily lives. Has anyone come across any mentions in old local newspapers or community bulletins that might give us a glimpse into their lives in Butler? I feel like understanding more about who they were outside of this awful event might help us remember them as real, vibrant people rather than just names in a case file. If there's anyone familiar with Butler's history or who might have contacts or resources in the area, your insights could really be valuable here! Let's hope we can honor them by seeking some truth and clarity.
