I was recently reflecting on the lack of information about Franklin Sheerer's interests and passions. It seems like we've only managed to focus on the circumstances of his tragic death, but what about his life? It bothers me that we might never know what sparked joy for him or what he cared deeply about. Did he have a favorite hobby or a dream job he was working towards? These are the kinds of details that could inspire us to remember him as a whole person rather than just another victim of gun violence.
