I genuinely hope Jermaine’s family and friends found some solace or closure over the years, although I know it's never enough. Even today, we need to uplift communities like Chester and remember those who have been unjustly taken. Jermaine’s life, full of dreams and potential, shouldn’t just be a distant memory or an unsolved case file.
