I’ve been curious if there’s any connection between John Martin Marschall’s case and others from around that time period in the Bay Area. The 80s seemed to have quite a few cases of missing persons that remain unsolved. With John having vanished in 1985, I can’t help but wonder if there were any patterns or known activities in the area that could provide some clues. I know the police have said little about his disappearance, but has anyone looked into similar cases? It's been so long, yet I feel like there might still be a thread connecting these disappearances. Anyone dove into other cases from the mid-80s to see if anything matches up or aligns strangely with John's timeline or location?

Has anyone seen any updates or had any thoughts on John Martin Marschall's case recently? I keep circling back to the fact that he was last seen at his own apartment. It seems like these cases always have some sort of clue or unusual event around that time. I'm curious if anyone knows whether he was living alone or had roommates back then. It's strange that there's no mention of any disturbances or noises reported by neighbors. You'd think something would stand out if he vanished from his own home. ?
