Just came across the details of James Lloyd Sr.'s murder and I'm puzzled by what the investigation teams must have found in his background. It's sad to think that someone who has lived a full life ends it tragically and in such violence. I'm curious if anyone has more insight into James' past beyond what's reported. Living alone with a history of substance issues can sometimes make a person vulnerable, but it also makes me wonder who he might have crossed paths with that led to this.
It seems the investigation was thorough, with state police taking serious steps at the scene. I wonder if using the police dog and combing through the trailers yielded anything of significance. It's incredible how sometimes there are so many visible efforts put into solving these cases, and yet they remain mysteries for years.
