Did anyone else find it curious that Carold Lloyd Hodges didn’t seem to have any plans or let anyone know he'd be off the radar this time? It’s unlike him to leave without a word, especially since he usually informed someone whenever he traveled. Really stands out to me as odd. His apartment in downtown Houston seemed to have everything left behind—like he just stepped out for a moment and poof, he was gone. I wonder if anyone in his building saw or heard anything unusual around the time he vanished? It's been over ten years, and it's like he evaporated into thin air. Can anyone shed any light on this detail?

I’m really puzzled by the details surrounding Carold Lloyd Hodges’ case, especially the part about him leaving everything behind in his apartment. It’s so out of character for someone who always notified others before taking trips. Did anyone ever look into his acquaintances or neighbors at the apartment complex? Maybe someone saw or heard something unusual that day but hasn’t yet connected it to his disappearance. It’s also curious that despite some distinctive features like the scar on his cheek and missing teeth, he still hasn’t been identified if he’s out there somewhere. Has there been any more recent media coverage to jog memories or new posters that include his description? His family and friends must be desperate for any scrap of new information.
