I can't stop thinking about the tragic circumstances surrounding Laura Hollenshead and her stepdaughter, Jaedi Rae Weed. I recently came across some old newspaper clippings and one thing that stuck out to me was the wrench and stick claim. It's just baffling how Anthony Hollenshead tried to shape his defense around those objects. The autopsies revealed both Laura and Jaedi were shot in the back, which seems to raise a lot of questions about self-defense. It really makes you wonder about the internal struggles that must have been going on in that household. Thinking of Laura’s surviving daughters during this time, and hoping they have found some semblance of peace after all they went through. Does anyone else think there could have been warning signs that weren't picked up? Just so sad.
