I recently came across Benjamin Minter's case from 2010, and it really got me thinking about the impact that these unsolved murders have on the families left behind. It's unimaginable the pain and frustration that comes with not having answers for so long. From what I've read, Benjamin was found at a high-crime area in Detroit, which might explain why there are likely people who know something but aren't coming forward. It must be incredibly difficult for his loved ones to know there could be individuals out there with crucial information. Has anyone seen any outreach programs or community initiatives in Detroit that encourage witnesses to speak up? Anything that could provide some hope in finding justice for the families still waiting for answers?
