Hey everyone, just wanted to bring some attention to something I've been thinking a lot about in Joaquin Bernal-Valenzuela's case. I noticed that Orondo, WA, where Joaquin was last seen, is a pretty small town. I'm curious if there were any community events or gatherings around New Year's Day in 2014 that might have involved a lot of people. Sometimes in tight-knit communities, people spot things or remember details without realizing their significance. If anyone had been at such events around then, they might have seen something that could help piece together Joaquin's last known movements. Even the smallest detail could be crucial and help bring some answers to his family. Thoughts?
I came across Joaquin Bernal-Valenzuela's case and wanted to discuss something that seems odd to me. Orondo is a smaller community, right? Wouldn't someone have noticed something unusual around the time Joaquin went missing? The community dynamics in such areas often mean people know each other's business, for better or worse. It's puzzling that no one has come forward with something, even just a small detail. I know it's been years, but maybe someone remembers the New Year's festivities from 2014 and saw or heard something odd? Just putting it out there—sometimes it's the little things that can jog someone's memory. Any thoughts or local insights would be appreciated!
