I was reading about Luke Ellington's case and couldn't stop thinking about the role of the American Legion Post in this tragedy. It's deeply unsettling to consider how over-serving alcohol to someone clearly intoxicated can have such dire consequences. Wasn't it their responsibility to step in before things escalated? From what I've gathered, this isn’t the first time establishments like this have faced similar lawsuits. My heart goes out to Luke's family—they deserve answers and accountability. I hope this case prompts some kind of change or at least awareness about serving alcohol responsibly. Thoughts?
