I've been following the case of James Smith and Damian Staniszewski, and my heart really goes out to their families. I can't even begin to imagine the anguish they faced during the time their loved ones were missing and the terror of finding out what had happened. One detail that's been sticking with me is how the gang used that otherwise normal-looking stash house as a place for such horrific crimes. It really makes you think about how many things around us might not be what they seem. It's chilling to think James and Damian must have been so desperate to escape. Justice might have been served, but it doesn’t truly heal the pain for those left behind. I hope their families can find some support and solace in the community surrounding them.
