Anyone else find it strange that Todd left behind all his clothes and money? I'm wondering if he had plans to come back or if he was in a rush to leave. Also, leaving his young daughter is a big red flag for me—seems way out of character based on what I've read. Plus, with his history of going off the grid briefly in the past, there might be something more to it this time. The tattoos could help with recognition if anyone out on the streets has seen him. Really hope someone has some info that could give a new lead for the investigation. Thoughts?
