Has anyone else been following the case of Omar Berry and Louis Dickerson? I’ve been thinking a lot about the role alcohol might have played that night. It’s so sad to think about how a simple night of drinking and playing cards escalated into something so tragic. Alcohol can sometimes amplify emotions and lower inhibitions, potentially leading to misinterpretations or rash decisions. It's heartbreaking that Berry's life was lost due to a situation that might have been avoided. My heart goes out to Omar's family and friends as they navigate this terrible loss. It really makes me reflect on how important it is to be aware of our surroundings and the impact substances can have on our judgment. Thoughts?
