I came across Ralph Kennedy’s case while reading some forums, and I can’t shake the feeling of profound loss his loved ones must be experiencing. It’s so sad that a basketball game, something meant to be fun and uplifting, turned into a tragedy. It’s been five years, and yet no arrests have been made, which must be incredibly frustrating for his family. What stood out to me was learning that Ralph was a father of eight, with two more on the way. Imagining how his children are coping with this loss is truly heartbreaking. I keep thinking about how they’re growing up without him and how the absence of justice must weigh heavily on their hearts. It’s a reminder of how senseless violence leaves such deep scars, affecting families and communities for generations. I hope that anyone reading this who might have information, no matter how trivial it might seem, will find the courage to speak up and help give Ralph's family the answers they desperately need. Let’s keep the conversation going and continue to share his story. The community and authorities need to work hand in hand to ensure Ralph and his family find the justice they deserve.
