Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the unsung efforts of the investigation team in the William Crawford case. The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit and the Gun Violence Task Force really deserve recognition for their hard work. It's comforting to see how they connected the dots in such a complex investigation involving multiple murders. It must have been so difficult for them to piece everything together. While nothing can undo the loss for Crawford's family and friends, it's good to know the people responsible for this terrible act are being held accountable. It's a reminder of the dedication of those who work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring justice. Just wondering if anyone else has insights or thoughts on how long cases like this typically take to come together? It's a long road, but moments like these show progress is possible.
Does anyone know how William Crawford's family is holding up since Steven Williams pled guilty? I can't imagine the pain they've had to endure over the years, hearing about the investigation and then the trial. It's such a difficult situation, even with Williams being sentenced. I wonder if his guilty plea brought them any peace, or if they still have so many unanswered questions. It just breaks my heart thinking about the toll it must have taken on them. If anyone has updates or resources to share on how to support families like Crawford's, that would be truly appreciated.
