I’ve been thinking about Latricia and Ashley's neighbors and how they must be dealing with this tragedy. It’s unimaginable to think that something so horrific could happen right next door. From what I’ve read, the community was pretty tight-knit, and the shockwaves from that day must still linger.
I wonder if anyone in the area noticed any signs that Zakiiy was struggling beforehand. His claims about the FBI and erratic behaviors might have been hints, but when you see someone every day, it’s hard to know when those things cross into dangerous territory. It must be so hard for people close to him, knowing he needed help and things turned out the way they did.
I hope the community continues to support each other and that the families of Latricia and Ashley find some peace eventually. They deserve all the love and support they can get right now. This kind of devastation not only affects the family but also everyone who knew them or was close to the situation. Sending thoughts to everyone touched by this.
