Has anyone else noticed the weird timing of the shooting on Francis Street, right at 6 p.m.? I can't help but wonder if the time he was targeted was significant for any reason. Frank Powell seemed like such a genuine guy, always ready to help anyone with plumbing issues. I remember someone mentioning that his work routine was pretty predictable. Could it be that someone was watching him and planned this out based on his schedule? It’s so unsettling to think that someone might have been observing him to know exactly when to strike. My heart goes out to his family and friends who are dealing with this unimaginable loss. Let’s keep the pressure on to ensure that the authorities find whoever did this. Frank deserves justice.
