Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Terrance Jones Jr., and one aspect that’s really been on my mind is the involvement of the new cold-case unit in Pittsburgh. I know they set it up in 2022 to re-examine unsolved murders, but does anyone have any insight or updates on whether Terrance's case is being prioritized in any way? It’s unsettling to think that such a vibrant young life could be cut short, and yet, the case seems to be in limbo. I feel for his family, especially his mom, Aletha—can’t imagine what they’re going through. It’s hard not to wonder if something more could be done to bring attention back to the case. Maybe there could be coordinated efforts to reach out to possible witnesses through social media or local community events? Whatever can be done to ensure that Terrance’s future in bricklaying and as a father isn’t just reduced to an unsolved file in a drawer. If anyone hears anything or has ideas on how the community can help, please share. Terrance deserves justice, and his family deserves answers.
