Has anyone come across more details about what Kshitiz Shrestha was planning in California? The case is so puzzling. He was spotted in Irving, TX, then suddenly his backpack turns up near the Golden Gate Bridge. Makes you wonder what he was trying to do or who he might've been meeting.
