Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic story of Harold Hicks, and something really stands out to me about the community's reaction to his passing. It's clear that Hicks wasn't just another face in the crowd; he was a pillar in both Roberta and Pittsburgh. His dedication to mentoring kids through little league speaks volumes about his character. I can only imagine the void left in the lives of those young athletes who looked up to him as a coach and role model. It's particularly painful that someone who spent so much time giving back to his community through youth sports would meet such a violent end. The bond he had with Oliver Andrew Finley and Tara Alice Joseph must have been strong, given the circumstances, which makes me wonder about the dynamics between them and how they ended up together that night. I truly hope that law enforcement can piece together what happened and bring some closure to their families. It’s just so unimaginable to lose someone who was such a positive force. If anyone has more insight into the youth programs he was involved with, I think it could help shine a light on the kind of person he was and how significant his loss is. Stay safe, everyone. Hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight.
