Has anyone thought about the impact of lighting and surveillance in the area where Kevin Mills was found? I've been looking into similar unsolved cases in Philadelphia, and it's astonishing how many could potentially have more leads if there were better lighting or security cameras. Given the location on West Hansberry Street, it makes me wonder what the visibility was like in the alley at the time of the incident. Did anyone happen to notice if there were any streetlights or cameras nearby? If anyone was in the area around that time, even the smallest detail could help the detectives piece things together. My heart goes out to Kevin's family and friends. It must be so challenging to not have closure or answers to what happened. I just can't stop thinking about how much courage it takes for Kevin's family to keep pushing for answers.
