It’s been nearly three years since William G. Lee Jr. was cruelly taken from us, and I find it deeply troubling that no progress seems to have been made in apprehending his killer. It's incredibly frustrating for the family and friends who are still grappling with this tremendous loss.
I’ve been reading up on this case, and it's painfully clear how gun violence continues to plague neighborhoods like Bedford Dwellings. But what really stands out to me is the lack of public awareness around unsolved cases like this one. I wonder if a renewed focus or public campaign could help bring more visibility and possibly someone forward with new information. These acts of violence affect not just the victims but the entire community, and it's disheartening to see these cases go cold.
If anyone in or around Pittsburgh has seen or heard anything, I hope they find it in their hearts to speak up. William and his loved ones deserve answers. ?
