Did anyone else find it strange that Donald Mohrbacher didn’t leave behind any traceable activity, like using his Social Security number? I know this was in the 60s, but I’d assume even back then, people had to have some financial footprint. Could it be possible that he was trying to start a new life? It seems like such a mysterious disappearance, especially considering he had a big family he was supporting. Maybe something happened on that drive to the Twin Cities, but it just seems like somebody vanishing into thin air with no leads is baffling. What’s everyone’s take on the truck? Was it ever found? Wondering if there’s been any advances or thoughts around that aspect of the case over the years.
