Hey everyone, I've been digging into the case of Janice Marie Hannigan and something that's been puzzling me is the timeframe around her hospital stay. She was discharged on Christmas Eve, which is obviously a busy time of year. Does anyone know if hospitals back then kept detailed records of who may have visited patients? Maybe someone spotted something unusual in the days leading up to her disappearance? I also can't help but wonder if the confusion over her missing date played a role in how thoroughly the initial investigation was conducted. It's difficult to believe that accurate record-keeping wouldn't have been prioritized, but it's definitely something to consider given the time period. Would love to hear what others think about this angle!
