Has anyone else noticed how the area around Ruth Street in Kensington has changed over the last few years? It's so sad to think about Maria Rosado's case and the environment she was living in. I've read that gun violence in Philly is on the rise, and it breaks my heart to see how it impacts innocent people like Maria. She was just in her thirties, with her whole life ahead. I can’t even begin to imagine what her family is going through, knowing that the shooter is still out there somewhere. It makes me wonder how living in such a challenging neighborhood affects investigations and the ability to come forward with information. If anyone has insights or thoughts on the impact of community dynamics on resolving cases like Maria's, I’d love to hear them. I hope her family gets the answers they need someday.
