I've been following the case of Ashanti Morgan, and one thing that stands out to me is the fact that someone so young lost their life to senseless violence. It's incredibly sad to see a life with potential cut short, regardless of someone's past. I feel for his family and friends who are left to cope with this devastating loss. What I find particularly noteworthy is the emphasis on Morgan having been an ex-convict. While his history is part of who he was, it shouldn't overshadow the fact that he was a human being deserving of dignity and justice. It's crucial for the police to consider all possible angles and not let his past cloud their judgment in the search for true justice. We often hear about programs like the "Thinking For A Change Program," which aim to help individuals make better decisions. It's a reminder of the importance of support and resources for people with challenging pasts. My heart goes out to his loved ones, and I hope that anyone with information will step up so that they can get some closure. Stay safe, everyone, and let's hope for a development in this case soon.
