Has anyone looked into the ownership history of that land in Pinal County? If Charlene and Walter bought and moved onto it right after Gary disappeared, maybe there’s something suspicious in the transaction records or any permits they filed. Sometimes people think they’ve covered their tracks, but little details can slip through the cracks. If the property hasn’t been disturbed much since then, maybe it hasn’t changed hands often, and there could be clues about what happened back then. Could there be any financial or legal paper trail that might support the brothers' suspicions? Makes you wonder if there’s something else binding Charlene and Walter to that land in such an odd way.
