I was reading about the Tratras case and can't stop thinking about how the community must be feeling. It’s just so overwhelming to see such a respected family like the Tratras going through something so terrible. John and Ana were apparently really involved in their community, and you have to wonder how many lives they touched. This kind of loss leaves such a void in a place like Mt. Lebanon. It also got me thinking about how we can better support each other when it comes to mental health challenges. It's clear that George was struggling, and I can't help but feel empathy for everyone involved. It just shows how crucial it is for friends and family to have the right resources to help when they see someone in distress. For those who knew the Tratras family, my heart goes out to you. This is a tragedy on so many levels, and I hope it serves as a call to action for improved mental health support and community outreach.
