Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Steven Jones, and something that's been on my mind is the impact of this kind of violence on the local community. This tragedy happened right in broad daylight on a crowded street, and I can’t imagine how terrifying that must have been for everyone who witnessed it or lives nearby. It’s so sad to think that a public space that should feel safe is marred by this kind of incident. The police seem to be working hard, and while I know they've gotten some tips and video evidence, it's unsettling that the shooter is still out there. It really makes you think about how complex these investigations can be and the layers they have to unravel. I also wonder about the witnesses – how many people saw something but might be too scared to come forward due to fear of retaliation? Sending strength to Steven’s family and the others affected.
