I recently came across the tragic case of Raymond Lighty, and it’s been really hard to stop thinking about what his family must be going through. One thing that struck me was how this tragic event unfolded with his daughters right there in the car. I can't imagine the sheer terror and confusion they experienced witnessing something so violent. No child should have to endure that. I've been reading a lot about how gun violence in Philadelphia seems to be escalating, and this case is another chilling reminder of that. It's sad to see families torn apart by senseless violence, especially when innocent people, like Raymond, are targeted as a result of mistaken identity. I really hope the authorities can track down Nushar Scott soon, if he's truly responsible, and bring some semblance of justice to Lighty's family. Does anyone know if there’s been more progress in the investigation or if there are ways we can show support to the family? They truly deserve justice and some peace after everything they've been through.
