I've been following the tragic case of Jude Srock, and one aspect that really caught my attention was the sentence Glen Johnston received. I can't help but wonder how the family might feel about the 20 to 40 years he got. It's deeply distressing to think about what they’ve been through, and I hope it brings them some measure of peace, even though it can't change what's happened. Jude seemed like such a vibrant person, full of love for life and his hobbies. It's just so difficult to imagine how a moment of emotion could lead to such irreversible actions. I’ve been thinking about his mom's words about Jude’s sense of humor and the kind of person he was – it’s just so unfair for a life to be cut short like that. How does one even begin to process such a loss? Sending all my thoughts to the Srock family. I hope they find strength and support in the memory of who he was.
