Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Edward Kendrick's case lately, and it just breaks my heart how his death is still unsolved more than a decade later. It's incredibly frustrating and sad, not just for those who knew him, but for all of us who care about justice. I was looking into the history of Wayburn Street, and it's alarming how crime-ridden that area has been for years. It seems like the local community has been caught in this cycle of violence that just never stops. I can't help but wonder if there might have been witnesses who were too afraid to come forward at the time or maybe even now, given the neighborhood's reputation. I hope that one day we can see more resources dedicated to these cold cases in Detroit. Kendrick, like so many others, deserves justice, and his loved ones deserve some peace. Maybe renewed attention to these cases could spur some movement. It's important to keep talking about them so they're not forgotten. Would love to hear your thoughts or any info you've come across on this case. Stay safe, everyone.
