Has anyone else looked into Ted Hoerstman's social circle around the time he went missing? I read through some of the available details, and it got me thinking about whether any friends or acquaintances might have noticed anything unusual before he disappeared. It's been a long time since 1982, but maybe someone out there remembers something they didn't think was important at the time. Given his physical disabilities, I'm curious if anyone close to him mentioned if he seemed worried or if there were any changes in his routine. It's frustrating that even with scars and a tattoo—things that should make him more identifiable—there's been so little progress. Any locals from Dubuque remember anything from back then?
