Hi everyone,
I've been following Clarence Edward Malone's case for a while, and something that baffles me is the timeline around the day of the murder. November 27, 1970, must have been a typical workday for Malone at his body shop, yet he ended up dead right outside of it. I can't help but wonder—were there no witnesses or nearby businesses with any form of surveillance back then? I know it's been over five decades, and technology was nowhere near what it is now, but it's just frustrating that no one seems to have seen or heard anything.
Do any locals or history buffs here know what the area around his shop was like at the time? Any little detail helps, especially if it sparks a new angle for investigation. I can't imagine how devastating it must be for his family to still not have answers.
Hoping for a breakthrough someday.
Take care,

Hey everyone, I've been diving into the Clarence Malone case recently, and I came across something intriguing. While the focus often shifts to his ex-wife Betty Neumar and the "Black Widow" narrative, let's not overlook how this murder has profoundly impacted the Medina community. This was more than just a headline; it struck at the heart of his family, friends, and neighbors.
Medina in the '70s wasn't a place you'd expect such violent crime, and his death must have left the locals on edge. How does a small town cope with a mystery like this hanging over them for decades? It's got to be unnerving not having closure, suspecting that someone in or passing through the town might have answers but has kept quiet all these years.
If anyone's from Medina or knows more about how this case is remembered in the community, I'd be really interested to hear your thoughts. Here's hoping that with ongoing interest and advancements in technology, some answers can eventually come to light for Clarence's loved ones.
