It's been 18 years since Antwain Rodgers was taken from his family and friends in such a tragic way, and yet it feels like there's been so little progress in finding justice for him. I can't imagine the pain his loved ones must feel, not having answers or closure.
I recently learned that Montgomery County has memorialized Antwain as part of their commitment to remember victims of unsolved homicides, and while it's touching to see this recognition, it also serves as a poignant reminder that his case is still unsolved. I've been following this case and it's truly frustrating that despite all efforts by the Dayton PD, they've not managed to bring anyone to justice for such a senseless act.
If anyone on this forum has any new insights or information, no matter how small, it could make a huge difference. Maybe someone out there knows something that they don’t even realize is important. Every detail helps. Let's keep Antwain and his family in our thoughts, and continue to push for the justice they so desperately need.
Hey everyone,
I've been closely following the case of Antwain A. Rodgers, who was tragically killed back in 2005. I wanted to bring attention to something I've been thinking about—the role of community support in keeping unsolved cases alive. Rodgers was well known and loved in Dayton, and it's clear that the community felt his loss deeply. From what I've read, his family and friends have been relentlessly advocating for justice, but they need our continued support to keep the pressure on the investigation.
It's frustrating that there haven’t been any solid leads or arrests after all these years, but that only highlights the need for our collective effort. The Montgomery County initiative to memorialize victims is a vital step, but we should also think about what more we can do to drive awareness. Social media campaigns or even just spreading the word can make a difference.
If anyone has ideas on how to bring more attention to this case, I'd love to hear them. Antwain deserves justice, and his family deserves closure. Let's make sure his memory remains strong in our discussions and actions.
Stay safe,

Hey everyone,
I recently came across Antwain A. Rodgers' case, and it just got me thinking about how crucial community involvement is in situations like these. It’s been over 18 years, and it’s truly frustrating that justice hasn't been served yet. I can only imagine the pain and lack of closure his family and friends have experienced throughout these years.
What really caught my attention is how Montgomery County has made efforts to honor him and other victims from 2005. It’s vital we keep talking about Antwain and not let his story fade away. The Dayton PD still urges those with any info to step forward, which shows they're still on it. I hope anyone who knows something, no matter how small it may seem, finds the courage to speak up.
Does anyone know if there have been any community events or vigils recently to keep Antwain’s memory alive? Ideally, these not only honor him but also remind everyone that the case is still unsolved. It’s important we all continue to support his loved ones in any way we can.
Sending strength to everyone still fighting for answers.
