I've been following the case of James Louis Fay, and something that's caught my attention is the tattoos he had. Has anyone found any record or database of tattoo shops in Florida or nearby states that could provide a lead? I know it's a long shot, but maybe there's an artist who might remember him if he did try to make a fresh start there. It's just odd to me that someone with such distinctive tattoos could vanish without a trace. Perhaps someone in the tattoo community has seen him or done work on him? It's a stretch, but sometimes these small details can crack a case open. Just wondering if this avenue has been thoroughly explored by investigators or citizen sleuths out there. Thoughts?
