Hey everyone, I've been following the discussion about Justin Slaven's tragic case, and something about the community's response really caught my attention. Did anyone else hear about the "Stepping Out For Slaven" fundraiser? From what I gather, this event was not just a way to support Robert Slaven but also to aid the special-needs program at Struthers High School. I think it's incredibly touching and commendable how the community has rallied together in the wake of such a devastating loss. Given Justin’s involvement in these programs, the fundraiser seems like a beautiful way to honor his memory and continue the work he was so passionate about. Does anyone have more details about the event or how it's helped support the school’s programs since then? It would be great to hear more positive stories that have come out after such a tragedy. Sending thoughts to all those who were impacted and hoping the Slaven family's strength continues to be bolstered by the love and support from everyone around them.

I just can't stop thinking about the incredible impact Justin had on everyone around him. I recently came across some memories shared by his former classmates and teachers, and their stories are truly touching. It seems like Justin had the ability to light up a room wherever he went. One story that stood out to me was about how he always went out of his way to help out other students in choir. Even though he had his challenges, he would always be the first to offer a helping hand or an encouraging word. It's so poignant to think about how someone so young and full of life could be taken from us in such a tragic way. The vigil at Struthers High must have been a beautiful yet somber experience. I've read that many people came out to share their memories and support the Slaven family. It's amazing to see a community come together in such a strong way during these heartbreaking times. Sending nothing but love and strength to everyone who knew and loved Justin. May the kindness he showed in life continue to inspire us all.
