Does anyone else find it suspicious that no one ever reported hearing gunshots when Stanley was killed? I mean, it happened outside his girlfriend's house, and neighbors usually hear everything in residential areas. Maybe someone did hear something but was too afraid to come forward? With him being a convicted felon, I wonder if people hesitated to speak up because they didn’t want to get involved. My heart goes out to his family and friends who are still seeking closure. It’s been so many years without answers, and one can only hope that someone will finally break their silence to help solve this case. If you lived nearby or know the area, any insight would be helpful. Let's keep discussing and see if we can spark some new leads.

I've been following Stanley Clayton Powell's case for a while now, and something that's always bothered me is the fact that there were no eyewitnesses. How is it possible that no one saw or heard anything that early in the morning? We know it happened outside his girlfriend's house—were any neighbors interviewed? Sometimes, even the smallest detail can be crucial. It's tough to see his family still waiting for justice. With no suspects and the investigation seemingly hitting a wall, I wonder if there's any new technology or methods that could shed light on what really happened. My thoughts are with his loved ones; they deserve answers. Hope the investigators find the missing piece of the puzzle soon.

I came across Stanley Clayton Powell's case while browsing old unsolved cases, and something that stood out to me was the complete lack of eyewitnesses. It's baffling how in a quiet neighborhood like the 2100 block of Woodmere Court, no one heard or saw anything that early morning. It makes you wonder if people are perhaps too afraid to come forward or if there might have been something that prevented them from witnessing the crime. Was it just a tragic case of wrong place, wrong time, or was there more behind it? The uncertainty must be incredibly frustrating and painful for Stanley's family and friends. It's admirable that law enforcement hasn't given up, and I truly hope they find someone willing to speak up or uncover some overlooked piece of evidence. If anyone in that area remembers even the smallest detail from that day, it could make all the difference.
