Has anyone else been thinking about the role the neighbors might have played in reporting what happened to Michael? I was reading through some articles, and it struck me that witnesses reportedly saw Delisa Thorpe with blood on her clothing at the scene. I'm trying to understand how much the neighbors knew and what they might have seen leading up to, and after, the tragedy. It's chilling to think about what those moments must have been like. The witnesses who saw Delisa and called the police were crucial in this case. It's an unimaginable situation, and my thoughts really go out to Michael's family and friends who had to live through this nightmare. I just hope that all those involved find some kind of peace eventually.

Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the heartbreaking call Thorpe's children had to make to the police from across the country in California. It must have been terrifying and confusing for them. I can’t imagine the distress and helplessness they must've felt being so far away and having to put those pieces together on their own. It's the kind of trauma that sticks with you for life. I hope they're getting the support they need to process everything that happened that night. This case has so many layers of tragedy, and I think it's important to remember all the lives impacted by such a devastating event.
